The last few years haven't been easy. We know life is challenging for our members at the moment. And that the higher education sector is very different.
Our Big Plan has been born from listening - to our members, our staff and our University colleagues. To understand more about our purpose, the value we bring to Brighton and how we can support our members to get the most from their time with us.
We ran surveys, held focus groups, interviewed people and spoke with lead volunteers. Thank you to everyone that played a part. You can read a summary of our research here and see how it helped us create our BIG PLAN.
