Join our award winning radio, we have won 'Society Event Of The Year' award at the Brighton Students Union Awards 2024!
Our objective is to be played in every student cafe and bar at the University of Brighton and to bring students together into a community in our sparsely spread university, and help to improve the flow of information and awareness events that are happening, whilst bringing joy and happiness into the world!
The radio station is at the Grand Parade at Williams Street next to the police station. We don't have to book the studio but we can come in at any time! We can be there live or have parts that are pre-recorded, we will be using Airtime pro as our software. However in order for your unicard to work to get into the station you do need to be registered as a member, so please do get your free memberships now! You don't need any experience to join, many of us are completely new to radio!
We always welcome new ideas for shows or podcasts, some of our current ideas include: hosting a morning show, panel show, lyric game, underated music, food reviews, quiz events.
We will also be hosting a social event every other week in collaboration with the Creative Writng Society!
