The Gull is the BSU’s magazine. The magazine is run by students for students. Working with students across varied areas of studies, voices and interests. The Gull is a great source of information, games, advice and event information. 

You can read The Gull physically, picking it up in all our outlets across all campuses. That’s The Art Shop, Basement Central, Cockcroft Shop or The Venue, grab them before they’re all gone. If you can’t, you can have a read of the last edition below.

In 2025, we will launch the BSU Podcast, name pending. The podcast will be both video and audio, creating a platform for students to share their experiences. From talking about friends, community, home life, studying, and so much more, this will be a place to hear about your life in your own words.
