We offer free, confidential advice and support to all Brighton students.
We are independent from the University of Brighton. This means you can talk to us about your course and we can offer impartial advice. We will also work with you, and with the University, to help with any issues you're having.
We have lots of advice, information and useful links on our pages. If you can't find the answer you need, our Advice and Support service is available Monday - Friday all year round.
Accessing our service
At the end of the form, you can choose to receive advice via email, via online appointment (Microsoft Teams), via telephone, or in-person.
- If you choose an online or telephone appointment, you will be provided with the link to book your appointment.
- If you choose to receive advice via email, one of our Advisors will be in touch within our target response time of three working days, though we are often able to respond much earlier.
- If you choose to receive advice via an in-person appointment, one of our Advisors will be in touch to arrange this with you. This is because our Advisors work from home for part of the week.
If you have any problems with accessing or completing the form, or if you are having any problems in booking an appointment then please let us know via bsusupport@brighton.ac.uk
